A WALKABLE EXPERIENCE

 

One Lakewood Place is the most ambitious development in Lakewood in more than a generation- but it will be created at human scale.

One Lakewood Place was inspired by Lakewood itself- especially, the friendly neighborhoods that define the city.  The public plaza portion of our design achieves the town square that Lakewood has been looking for- a place to create and absorb art, enjoy a meal with friends and family, experience a festival, or listen to local musicians.

The features of One Lakewood Place echo the strengths of the city- from Lake Erie to the Metroparks.

SUSTAINABLE

Lakewood is a community that respects and protects the environment. One Lakewood Place aspires to live out those values in the environmentally sustainable features incorporated throughout the project.

One Lakewood Place is the largest private investment in Lakewood in over a generation. Here’s the timeline we’re following to make this a reality:

OCTOBER/NOVEMBER
Award by the City of Lakewood to develop 5 acres at the corner of Detroit and Belle Avenues

2018
Commence construction as soon as the site is turned over and final designs are approved by the City.
